Introducing MAS
We are excited to announce the final roll-out of our bespoke Maintenance Administration System, MAS. The tablet based system has been designed to allow our field engineers to complete their Service and Maintenance visits swiftly & accurately and provide Customers with clear and concise reports. Some features of the system include scheduling of our in-house engineers, fully customisable form creation & unlimited equipment types that can be detailed to suit any site condition.
An added benefit of the system is that each Customer has access their own user page where past reports can be viewed or downloaded at any time.
The investment in the tailor made system ensures added value for both existing and new customers.
